For customers who own Lokring tools, we offer annual maintenance services. This will keep the tool safe for the people who work with it, it will keep the tool in good condition, and the tool will last longer.
Equipment inspection
with an eye for detail
When checking and inspecting, we leave nothing to chance. We will check every part thoroughly and clean the tool intensively. When you get your tool back, you can be sure to use it again worry-free for crimping Lokring fittings. If we find any defect or problem, we will report this to you. That way you know exactly where you stand.
We register your tools in our system.
The tool is visually inspected by a service technician. This includes checking that all accessories are complete, that there is no visible damage and that the movable parts of the tool appear to function.
The tool will be extensively tested for proper operation.
If it appears that repairs are needed, you will receive a quote. Once the quote is approved, we will carry out the repair.
The tool will be cleaned.
Upon completion of the inspection and testing, a certificate is issued.

Do I have to bring and pick up the tool or will Technom do this?
It is possible to send the tool to us. It is also possible to have the tool picked up by us. We will do so at a reasonable cost.
Does Technom sell hydraulic pumps and hoses in case of a reject?
Yes, if we have to reject a hydraulic pump or hose, it is possible to order a new one from Technom.
Will I receive a quote in advance with the cost?
Of course. Prior to your order, we will send an overview of standard costs. Should there be unexpected additional costs, we will inform you.
