Local pressure testing has many advantages over the traditional method of non-destructive testing. Draining and drying of the piping system is not required, which has technical advantages, and is also much better for the environment. In addition, the lead time is greatly reduced.
In conventional pressure testing, the entire piping system is filled with water. Besides the fact that water in systems is not desirable in many cases, draining and drying the system takes a lot of time. Disposal of the polluted water is inefficient and causes environmental harm.

Yes, to install the flange weld tester safely and properly, a certificate is required. Technom has its own training program and has experienced trainers.
